"Had to Wait a Bit"
I ended up having to wait longer than I expected, that part was weird. Everything else was fine, but the delay kind of threw off the experience for me.

"Quick alignment and no hassle"
Took my car to Dunn Tire because it kept pulling to the right a little. Annoying. They got me in quickly and told me what was off without making it sound like some huge problem. Just straightforward. Car drives much straighter now, and the steering feels better too. Price seemed fair. No complaints at all. I’d go back...

"I had to call twice about my tire…"
I had to call twice about my tire warranty, which was a little annoying haha. They did end up honoring it in the end, so I appreciate that, but the waiting and back-and-forth could’ve been smoother. Not a terrible experience, just a bit more hassle than I expected.

"Tire install was okay, but felt a bit rushed"
I got my tires installed here, and overall it was mostly fine. The staff got it done, but I did feel a little pressured to just move things along and not ask too many questions. Afterward, I noticed one wheel still had some grease left on it, and the balance felt a little off at first while driving. Not the worst experience, but I wish it had felt a bit more careful and less rushed.

"My experience with Dunn Tire was okay…"
My experience with Dunn Tire was okay overall, mostly because they were good about communicating. I had a question about my appointment and they got back to me fairly quickly, which I did appreciate. That said, I was a little disappointed because one of the updates came later than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did make the experience feel a bit less smooth. Still, they kept me informed for the most part and were easy enough to deal with.

"Easy tire visit, no hassle"
I booked my tire appointment online and stopped in, and it was a smooth experience. The staff were polite, explained what was going on, and didn’t make me feel talked down to at all, which I really appreciated. They got me in and out quicker than I expected too. Overall it was a good, easy visit. As long as they keep treating customers like this, I’ll keep coming back, if that changed, I’d have no problem taking my business somewhere else

"Did What It Was Supposed To"
I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much, but it actually fixed the exact issue I was dealing with. No messing around or guessing, which was a nice surprise.

"Decent site, pricing could try a little harder"
I checked out dunntire while shopping for new tires, and the site itself was perfectly fine. Easy enough to use, nothing difficult there. The prices, though, were average. Not awful by any means, but I did find a couple of cheaper options elsewhere without exactly having to search the ends of the earth. So yeah, it works, but a little more competitive pricing wouldn’t hurt

"Pretty disappointing support experience"
It took long to get any help, and when I finally got someone on the phone, they didn’t really seem that interested in helping me. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

"I ended up going here since it’s right…"
I ended up going here since it’s right by some places I’m already around anyway, so that made it easy. Didn’t have to go out of my way or deal with figuring out where it was. The service was fine, not really anything that stood out, but no issues either. I’d probably go back if I needed tires again and happened to be nearby.

"Quick Balance, Smooth Ride Again"
Got the tires balanced quickly and the car feels smooth again, which I’m glad about. That said, I did have to deal with the inconvenience beforehand, so I’m hoping they’ll offer some kind of compensation or discount for the trouble.

So... I really appreciated that the tire prices were clear right away and didn’t suddenly change when I got to checkout. The fees were easy to understand too, so comparing options was simple. No weird surprise charges, which makes a big difference...

I ordered tires from Dunn Tire and overall it was a smooth experience. The prices seemed fair, and the website was easy enough to figure out without any hassle. It all went through fine, so that was nice.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that my appointment started a little later than expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, though, and they were friendly and explained what was going on. I’d probably use them again if I needed to.

"Easy to Order, But the Updates Were Misleading"
Ordering on the site was simple enough, and the price was decent, but the wording around the confirmation was kind of misleading. It made it seem like I’d get confirmation quickly, but it took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but better updates would’ve made the whole experience less frustrating.

"Took Way Longer Than Expected"
I had an appointment scheduled, so I figured it would be a quick in-and-out visit, but I ended up waiting way longer than I expected. The staff was fine and not rude or anything, but compared to other places I’ve been where appointments actually help move things along, this felt really slow. What I thought would be a short stop ended up taking almost my whole afternoon, which was frustrating.
